ADA Site Shield provides AI-powered website accessibility scanning services that identify ADA and WCAG 2.1 compliance issues on websites. Our services include:

  • Free accessibility scans: A preliminary scan of a website to identify potential compliance issues.
  • Full accessibility reports: A detailed report of compliance issues with actionable recommendations.
  • Sales partner program: An opportunity for individuals to earn commission by selling our scanning services to businesses.

3. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, server, or database.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code to the website.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish content from the website without our written permission.
  • Use the website to send unsolicited communications or advertisements.

4. Accessibility Scans

Our accessibility scans are generated using automated AI-powered tools. While we strive for accuracy, scan results may not identify all compliance issues and should not be considered legal advice. A clean scan does not guarantee immunity from ADA-related legal claims. For definitive compliance guidance, we recommend consulting with a qualified legal professional.

5. Sales Partner Program

Individuals who apply and are accepted into our sales partner program are independent contractors, not employees of ADA Site Shield. Sales partners are responsible for their own taxes, expenses, and compliance with applicable laws.

Sales partners earn commission on closed deals as described on our website. Commission rates, payout schedules, and program rules may be updated at any time. The $3.50 processing fee for the virtual Stripe card and Stripe transaction charges are deducted from each commission payout.

ADA Site Shield reserves the right to suspend or terminate any sales partner who violates these Terms, engages in unethical sales practices, or misrepresents our services.

6. Pricing and Payment

The current pricing for our services is listed on our Pricing page. All fees are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. SMS Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from ADA Site Shield, including marketing messages, promotional offers, updates, and customer support communications. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

8. Intellectual Property
